Terms of the Airlines

  • The airline tickets accessible through the website area unit are subject to the terms & conditions of the involved airline, as well as not restricted to cancellation and refund policies.

Terms Hotels

  • Samrajya Travels acts as a facilitator and merely provides an online platform to the User to select and book a particular hotel. Hotels during this context embrace all classes of accommodations like hotels, home-stays, bed, and breakfast stay.
  • All the data about the hotel including the category of the hotel, room type, pictures, amenities, and facilities available at the hotel are as per the data given by the hotel to Samrajya Travels. This information is for reference only. Any discrepancy that will exist between the website photos and actual settings of the building shall be raised by the User with the building directly and shall be resolved between the User and hotel. We will have no responsibility in that process of resolution, and shall not take any liability for such discrepancies.
  • The User has to have valid identity proof and address proof, at the time of check-in. shall be at intervals its rights to deny arrival to a User if a sound identity proof isn't given at the time of arrival.
  • The booking amount paid by the User is just to reside in the building. Some bookings could embrace breakfast and/ or meals as confirmed at the time of booking. Any other services utilized by the customers at the hotel, including telephone, laundry, room service, internet, extra food, drinks, beverages, etc. shall be paid by the customer on to the hotel.

Terms of Train

  • Samrajya Travels only acts as a facilitator for the booking of train tickets and provides intending travelers merely with a platform to search for desired train tickets to be booked through IRCTC. All bookings or train reservations made through Smrajya Travels are subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions as set out by Indian Railways.
  • Samrajya Travels has no control over the booking flow, scheduling/re-scheduling, cancellations, confirmation from RAC to confirmed, delays, meal and berth preferences, or any other lack or deficiency of services.
  • E-tickets are engaged and issued through Indian Railways solely. Users will book most of half a dozen seats/ berths in a very booking. Seat/ berth allotment is finished by Indian Railways supporting their allocation logic. We do not guarantee the allotment of the preferred seat/ berth.
  • Only passengers with a confirmed e-ticket area unit are allowed to board the train.
  • The bookings made on Samrajya's Site are subject to the cancellation policy and charges levied by the Indian Railways. It depends on the cancellation time and booking quota (tatkal/ general/ ladies/ premium etc.).
  • Railways mechanically cancel the waitlisted e-tickets once the chart is prepared. The refund in such cases gets automatically credited to your bank account used for booking such tickets after deduction of Samrajya's charges.
  • Railways may offer some amazing concessions/ discounts for female passengers, senior citizens, and children. The amount or extent of concession is not decided by Samrajya Travels. All customers are advised to check the latest railways policies for applicable discounts.

Terms of Bus

  • Samrajya Travels only provides a technology platform that connects intending travelers with bus operators. It doesn't operate any bus or supply the service of transportation to the User. We also don't act as a representative of any bus operator in the process of providing the above-mentioned technology platform services.
  • The bus ticket booking voucher that Samrajya Travels issues to a User is solely based on the information provided or updated by the bus operator regarding the seat availability.
  • The amenities, services, routes, fares, schedule, bus type, seat availability, and any other details about the bus service are provided by the respective bus operator and we have no control over such data provided by the bus operator.
  • Users are advised to call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point, or any information which they may need for boarding or travel on that trip.
  • Cancellation of tickets can be done either through the User's login in the Samrajya's website or by calling on the customer care number.
  • Any cancellation is subject to such cancellation fees as mentioned on the bus ticket.

Activities and other services

'Activity' includes day tours & look, spa & upbeat, journey sports, cruise, theme/ amusement parks, buffets & feeding, or the other service/product engaged on the website.

  • The User should ensure that he qualifies all the eligibility criteria for availing of the Activity including but not limited to age limit, weight limit, medical conditions, etc. User understands that just in case he's found unfit or marked-up for the Activity, Activity supplier could or might not enable the User to avail the aforementioned Activity.
  • Reservations are subject to cancellation and refund policies of the Activity supplier which can vary from time to time.

Samrajya shall not be liable or responsible for:

  • Any harm or loss, injury, accident, death, breakdown, irregularity, delay/change in schedule, cancellation while not cause, inaccurate data, deficiency of service/product, or cancellation thanks to conditions not beneath the management of Activity Provider;
  • User's health, safety, and well-being in the course of availing the Activity or thereafter;
  • Any incidental or ancillary services which are directly acquired by the User from the Activity conductor;
  • Any incorrect details are given by the Activity Provider.

Cancellation Policy

  • Every booking made on Samrajya Travels is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary concerning flight and booking class.
  • Convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the precise airline's policy.
  • Some bookings cannot be canceled partially according to the specific policy of the airline.
  • Cancellations can be made online or offline through the booking section.
  • We assist you in doing various amendments for bookings. In a few cases, you are required to contact the airline directly.
  • To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, we recommend that customers contact the airline directly and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds.
  • For cancellation requests received, the refund shall be given at the earliest once the request is received. Just in case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds shall be processed post deduction of airline charges at the side of our service fee. All refunds shall be processed subject to the process of refunds by several airline/service suppliers. Please note the convenience fee charged at the time of booking isn't refundable.

General Terms

  • Samrajya Travels, as being a reputed and responsible travel agency, provides you with the best possible information about hotels, airlines, transportation, and railways. However, it's suggested to any or all the shoppers to form a private inquiry to avoid any confusion & mess.
  • We are not responsible for any alteration & delay in your journey due to unavoidable circumstances, which can be anything.
  • We aren't to blame for any harm, loss, or injury created while enjoying the vacation packages provided by us. You're in command of your safety measures.
  • We are also not responsible for any human error that went unnoticed by the clients and our staff.

User Agreement

This user agreement integrates the terms and conditions for Samrajya Travels and its affiliate companies to provide services to the User(s) looking for purchasing any of the products and/ or services of Our Company by using its website or other channels like salespersons, mobile app, customer support center, agents, information campaigns, etc. User and Samrajya Travels are referred to as 'parties' in the agreement while collectively referred to as 'parties'.

User's Liability

By using or accessing our travel booking website or using any of its services, you agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below, including any supplementary guidelines and future modifications. Samrajya Travels may change, alter or remove any part of these below-written Terms and Conditions without any prior notice. All rights and responsibilities of the User and/or Samrajya Travels concerning any services to be provided by us, will be limited to the range of this agreement.
